Lecturer in Neurosurgery

Qualifications

• Medical qualification;
• Minimum of Doctor of Medicine or Board Certification in Neurosurgery;
• Minimum of five (5) years teaching science/medical students at the university level.

Candidates who possess the following will be at a distinct advantage:

• Interest and experience in research in Neurosurgery;
• Certificate in University Teaching;
• Ability to interact positively with academic, support staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
• Participate in the supervision and training of postgraduate students as necessary;
• Research and publish in related areas;
• Actively contribute to the development and affairs of the department in all areas.
